IMPROVING YOUR STAFF COMMUNICATION FOR ANY NONPROFIT OR FOR PROFIT LEADER . . .

When we talk to leaders of organizations they often will say communication is very strong internally. However when we then talk to staff . . . opinions sometimes differ. Even more interesting, the further down the chain of command from the leader, the more often communication is complained about. Now to be fair, often times leaders THINK they do a good job communicating to everyone, don't . . . but no one gives feedback on what, how often, or when they are missing out. Thus, the leader did not know there was an issue to begin with or does not know how to improve. So feedback and giving solutions is key. With that being said, we urge you to check out this tremendous video by Roger Nierenberg. He does an amazing session on communication by use of an orchestra. The video is really interesting to watch but if you ever get to see him in person with the orchestra, we urge you to do so (as it is an awesome time).
